About On Track Coaching, LLC

It is the Mission of On Track Coaching to provide professional high-quality coaching, consulting and training services to our customers to equip them with the needed skills, knowledge, and competencies to achieve their goals. Our friendly, knowledgeable and experienced employees will exceed our customers’ expectations in customer service.

On Track Coaching was founded by Dr. Maggie Sizer in 2014 and has served as a FED/DoD subcontractor providing executive coaching, training and professional development for senior leadership in a variety of military and public service sectors. Dr. Sizer, a veteran Air Traffic Controller with the U.S. Air Force holds three Masters Degrees and a PhD in Intercultural Education. She recently conducted a comprehensive analysis and re-write of a major Project Management Curriculum for a national training organization as referred by the Project Management Institute. Dr. Sizer is adept at developing custom curricula to address the proprietary needs of customers. On Track Coaching, LLC has 30+ classroom and field-tested training programs covering a broad spectrum of executive management, human capital and conflict management, project leadership, program leadership, and performance management disciplines.

Long before On Track Coaching officially opened its doors for business the philosophy of providing high quality Coaching, Consulting and Training was established. This was accomplished through practice and training under the name of other organizations. Many years of training and practice has perfected our skills and strength in providing not only outstanding customer service but also providing helpful assistance to all who requested our services. We achieved success through hard work and dedication in perfecting our product. We have satisfied customers who continue to tell their friends and relatives about our great value. Our philosophy of exceeding expectations remains today.

Dr. Maggie Sizer is the owner of On Track Coaching, LLC. She is a native of Southern California. She moved to Virginia in 2005. She is married to Douglas Sizer for over 30 years and they have three children and five grandchildren.

Dr. Sizer earned her Doctorate degree in 2001 from Biola University, in La Mirada, California. In 1998 she graduated from Golden Gate Sothern Baptist Theological Seminary with two Master’s Degrees in Divinity and Christian Education. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California in 1985. Dr. Sizer earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University in 1983.

Dr. Sizer began her working career in the United States Air Force serving for 13 years as a Command Post Controller then an Air Traffic Controller. While serving in the military she earned the Air Force Good Conduct Medal with one oak leaf cluster. She also graduated from the NCO Professional Military Education academy.

Dr. Sizer has over 15 years’ experience working with business professionals and students in career coaching and training. Dr. Sizer most recently has served as a Campus Dean at two proprietary universities. She is an award winning educator and teacher. She was awarded in 2008 for exemplary leadership in higher education by Lead Hampton Roads. She received the Donald R. Stoddard Faculty Award of Excellence, which honors a faculty member’s outstanding teaching skills, superior ability to motivate students, and sincere passion for their profession.

Dr. Sizer holds certifications in Professional Project Management. She uses the principals, skills and techniques in project management in her daily life and as an educator. She has taught several project management courses at Strayer and Stratford University.

Authorized Training Partner

Earners of the Authorized Training Partner Program badge are authorized by PMI to support the professional development needs of future or current PMI practitioners and stakeholders in their pursuit of PMI Credentials. Authorized Training Partners who deliver PMI exam prep have access to licensed PMI exam prep course materials, developed by PMI.

Earning Criteria

Organizations must be a legal business entity for 3 years and pass a background and credit check. Must have documented customer resolution issue process. Must use PMI-provided course content for PMP® exam prep and/or DA® courses. Instructors must complete Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – to teach exam prep courses. Instructors must be certified PMP® and/or DASSM® credential holders and be in good standing with PMI and possess agile project experience to teach PMP® exam prep courses and/or DA® courses.

Earners of the Authorized Training Partner Instructor badge possess a PMP® certification as well as Agile project experience. Through their knowledge and experience they have demonstrated their skill and expertise in preparing students to sit for the PMP® certification exam.
