Leadership Training, Executive Coaching and Assessments
Dynamic organizations and high-performing teams don’t happen by accident. They are deliberately nurtured by leaders who understand the role a healthy culture plays in driving innovation, engagement and, ultimately, bottom line results. Whether you are looking to foster improved collaboration, communication, leadership development or diversity and inclusion practices, On Track Coaching, LLC can help. We’ll work with you to customize a program that can be as simple as a lunch and learn overview of best practices on an individual topic, a half- or full-day team building or a combination of workshops and one-on-one coaching.
How We Help Your Company
Aspiring Leaders Training
Inspire, engage, and help students develop the leadership competencies needed to lead self and meet whatever leadership challenges they may face in the future. We help you get a sense of what it takes to be an effective leader, to contemplate leadership positions, and allow you to make an informed career decision early on in your careers. The core curriculum focuses on developing the critical competencies needed to step into a leadership role well-equipped and attuned to the challenges ahead. Participants will also examine personal practices of successful leaders in developing vision, resolving conflicts, communicating with co-workers, and setting priorities.
Improve team dynamics and effectiveness by gaining an understanding and appreciation of differences in personality types. Using interactive, creative and fun exercises, we help you capitalize on team members’ strengths, learn how to “flex” your individual style, uncover blind spots and develop the tools and common vocabulary to harness the power of diverse types working together. Possible topics for type exploration include impactful influencing, navigating difficult conversations and managing and mentoring others.
Teambuilding: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Patrick Lencioni
This workshop will help you gain fresh insights into your own and your colleagues’ dominant talents and learn how to capitalize on them for maximum impact. You’ll also develop an understanding of how your individual strengths roll up into broader leadership orientations, and explore how to better tap into your team’s collective and complementary skills to collaborate even more effectively going forward.
Building and Leading High-Performing Teams
Creating high-performing teams is as much an art as it is a science. We’ll look at common features all strong teams share, including a unifying mission and purpose, clearly understood goals and well-defined roles and responsibilities. We’ll also discuss some of the “softer” but equally essential hallmarks of winning teams, like the feeling of psychological well-being and safety they offer, using well-known examples of blue-ribbon teams from diverse arenas. You’ll come away with a knowledge and appreciation of current teaming best practices as well as a playbook to guide your own team-building efforts.
